Below are the terms of use of the website and the service we offer.<\/p>\n

You need to read them and agree with them.<\/p>\n

  1. You must be over 18 to make a reservation.<\/li>\n
  2. Children should be accompanied by at least one adult.<\/li>\n
  3. Escorts of minors should be at least one adult per four children.<\/li>\n
  4. Bank charges are always charged to customers, either for a refund or for booking tickets.<\/li>\n
  5. Refunds are made through a bank bank account indicated by the customer.<\/li>\n
  6. Tickets can be canceled up to 7 days with a full refund.<\/li>\n
  7. If the cancellation is made from 6 to 3 days, 50% of the money is refunded.<\/li>\n
  8. If canceled in less than 2 days, no refund will be given.<\/li>\n
  9. In case of non-appearance by the time of departure of the ship, the money will not be refunded.<\/li>\n
  10. If the cruise is canceled due to a ban by the port authorities no refund.<\/li>\n
  11. If the cancellation of the cruise is done through the fault of our company, all the money is returned. We bear the costs of money transfer.<\/li>\n
  12. In case of cancellation of the cruise due to weather conditions the full amount is refunded.<\/li>\n
  13. If the reservation is made by an agent, there will be consultation only with the agent and not with each client.<\/li>\n
  14. If the reservation is made by a group, there will be consultation only with the leader you will indicate to us.<\/li>\n
  15. During the cruise the customer is obliged to follow the program of the company.<\/li>\n
  16. Throughout the cruise the customer is obliged to follow the instructions and instructions of the crew regarding the individual and \/ or overall safety. In case of non-compliance, the port authority is responsible.<\/li>\n
  17. The company’s cruise schedule changes only for reasons of force majeure, or health.<\/li>\n
  18. The customer must follow the instructions given by our staff, both for safety at sea and for Covid 19.<\/li>\n
  19. The non-compliance of the customer with some of the terms, allows us to cancel the ticket without refund.<\/li>\n
  20. It is forbidden to enter the ship to a customer who presents with symptoms of covid 19 or refusal to complete the required form-questionnaire.<\/li>\n
  21. In cases of misconduct in a sober state or under the influence of alcohol \/ substances we have the right to refuse boarding the ship without refund.<\/li>\n
  22. In case of non-appearance-delay-denial of boarding from an intermediate port, the ship will continue its program, having given a time credit of 5 (five) minutes from the aforementioned departure time. In this case the ticket money is not refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If there are pets please contact us for availability.<\/p>\n

    The courts of Thessaloniki are competent for any dispute.<\/p>\n
