Below are the terms of use of the website and the service we offer.

You need to read them and agree with them.

  1. You must be over 18 to make a reservation.
  2. Children should be accompanied by at least one adult.
  3. Escorts of minors should be at least one adult per four children.
  4. Bank charges are always charged to customers, either for a refund or for booking tickets.
  5. Refunds are made through a bank bank account indicated by the customer.
  6. Tickets can be canceled up to 7 days with a full refund.
  7. If the cancellation is made from 6 to 3 days, 50% of the money is refunded.
  8. If canceled in less than 2 days, no refund will be given.
  9. In case of non-appearance by the time of departure of the ship, the money will not be refunded.
  10. If the cruise is canceled due to a ban by the port authorities no refund.
  11. If the cancellation of the cruise is done through the fault of our company, all the money is returned. We bear the costs of money transfer.
  12. In case of cancellation of the cruise due to weather conditions the full amount is refunded.
  13. If the reservation is made by an agent, there will be consultation only with the agent and not with each client.
  14. If the reservation is made by a group, there will be consultation only with the leader you will indicate to us.
  15. During the cruise the customer is obliged to follow the program of the company.
  16. Throughout the cruise the customer is obliged to follow the instructions and instructions of the crew regarding the individual and / or overall safety. In case of non-compliance, the port authority is responsible.
  17. The company’s cruise schedule changes only for reasons of force majeure, or health.
  18. The customer must follow the instructions given by our staff, both for safety at sea and for Covid 19.
  19. The non-compliance of the customer with some of the terms, allows us to cancel the ticket without refund.
  20. It is forbidden to enter the ship to a customer who presents with symptoms of covid 19 or refusal to complete the required form-questionnaire.
  21. In cases of misconduct in a sober state or under the influence of alcohol / substances we have the right to refuse boarding the ship without refund.
  22. In case of non-appearance-delay-denial of boarding from an intermediate port, the ship will continue its program, having given a time credit of 5 (five) minutes from the aforementioned departure time. In this case the ticket money is not refundable.

The courts of Thessaloniki are competent for any dispute.
